For our firm is very important to analyze the market in which we are going to sell our products, so we made surveys to know what people think about our type of products, and with this surveys we could know if people want to buy handicrafts, if they like or not to design their product, and what services we are going to offer.
2. We analyze that we have to base our company in what the client’s want, so to make decisions based on the opinion of the costumers, focus on target, segmentation markets. Bases on our products.
Our R&D plan:
We want to invest money to analyze market and costumers, our marketing manager is in charged to do it. He is going to visit some competitors to search for innovation strategies, tendencies in the industry and how other organizations are reaching people. Also, to know how they strategically organize their products in the store. After doing the last process, our marketing manager is going to make an analysis of what he found in his visits. Also, he is going to create some strategies and make decisions to improve our organization. Finally, he has to manage the changing process implementing their strategies and after a period of time he has to evaluate all these changes by making surveys to know what our customers think about the organizational changes (the ones that they can identify).
Because nowadays to be competent, a firm or a company has to be continuously innovating.
