One of the big problems that has the craft in its commercialization is the deficiency of own distribution channels to ensure adequately processes of commercialization of handicrafts at local markets, national and international.

You may return most undamaged items purchased at Artismanus Handicraft within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. No returns will be accepted after 4 weeks. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 1 month of receiving the returned item.

Packing
The handicraft becomes more than a souvenir; it is a piece of art and as such requires an attractive and appropriate packaging. The packaging can then be used to convey the origin and cultural meaning of the article, thereby adding value to the item sold. The product may be of excellent quality but will never achieve customer acceptance unless they are, adequately packed.
In Artismanus we have to consider some aspects before deciding which materials are we going to use for packing our product.
Our product had a few criteria that the new packaging had to fulfill.
1. It had to be quick to assemble.
2. It has to be a way to display the logo on top.
3. The materials must be Eco friendly.
4. It has to fit in the envelopes keeping the shipping costs down.
Therefore the boxes are recyclable, compostable and re-usable. The paper fill is made of 50% recycled material and is recyclable. We finished the packaging off with a wrap of pretty blue washi tape, a sticker with the Logo, and a bit of hemp twine.


These four factor (Product, place, price and promotion) are clue variables to evaluate the company and competitors, for this reason, we expect to analyse, determine and evaluate monthly our service in comparing to competitors, through social media, we can observe the customer need and the comments posted in our page.
