Integrating Strategy and Culture

Organizational Culture is defined as "a pattern of behavior that has been developed by the organization". Is the way the employee perceives, thinks and feels. 

 

Ceremonies

In ArtisManus we will have a quarterly meeting, it will be held for the purpose of giving recognition to our employees to meet and exceed sales.

 

Rituals

For ArtisManus is very relevant that the employee feels comfortable within the company; so as part of our culture, every special date will have a unique celebration:

  • When there is an anniversary of an employee we will offer a special award that will increase it and will be better with every year of tenure in ArtisManus

  • In Christmas the customers and employees will receive a small gift and we will have a party to celebrate a year of success and achievements and the last day of work before Christmas Season
