    - They not only offer hadicraft products but training, technical assistance and consultations.
     

  • WEAKNESSES: Being a fairly large company and advanced technologically, they do not have the ability to play with the product prices in comparison to smaller organizations because its production cost is the additional component of technology.
     

  • OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES: 
    -To Promote local development through the craft.

    -To Contribute to increasing the income of artisans through the promotion of crafts and creating business opportunities.

    -Strengthen knowledge management to facilitate decision-making and innovation.

    -Strengthen the position of the entity to its stakeholders (public, private, social, academia and multilateral agencies) in order to establish relations of mutual benefit to carry out its strategy.

    -Continuously improve the corporate governance practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    -Continuously improve human resources management by promoting the integral development of officials.

    -Ensure Efficient financial management to ensure the sustainability of the operating model of the entity

    -To Promote the proper management of natural resources and raw materials, to contribute to environmental sustainability and preservation of jobs in the artisan communities.
